Yogurt 100 grams

Boiled Gram 500 grams

Oil 1/2 Cup

Garlic-Ginger Paste 1.5 tbsp.

Onion 1.5 Kg

Cinnamon 3 Pieces

Cumin 1.5 tbsp.

Big Cardamom 5 to 6 Pieces

Clove 8 Pieces

Green Chili 12 to 15 Pieces

Black Pepper 8 to 10 Pieces

Tomatoes 4 to 5 Pieces

Chicken Cubes 2 Pieces

Method

Take the best non-stick pan and heat it on a gas top stove. Put some oil and fry the onions until they get red without getting them burned. Now put cumin and hot spices simultaneously.

When they get fried properly, add vegetable chili, finely chopped tomatoes, garlic-ginger paste, and well-whipped curd. Cook it until the oil began separating from all of these ingredients.

Following this, now include boiled grams and cook it for about 6 to 8 minutes at moderate temperature. Later, add up soaked rice along with chicken cubes and salts in grams with the addition of a little amount of water.

When the water starts getting dried, turn off the stove while placing the pot on the same heated stove. Wait for some time. On average after 5 to 6 minutes, the yummy green gram rice is ready.

Serve it with salad and the curd.
